Digital Water Leader

Works under general direction to promote and maintain a “digital water” environment, leveraging business intelligence and analytic tools as part of an overall digitalization strategy. Maintains a sound understanding of the pace and direction of digital transformation in the utilities sector and ensures Binnies maintains its market position. Engage with thought leadership communities and industry groups providing input and demonstrating Binnies’ position as innovators in the digital water space. Supports strategies established for predictive analytics and technical/tool development. Translates business needs into long-term, repeatable, digital solutions for clients. Leads the strategic direction and growth plan of Smart Integrated Infrastructure within Asia Pacific and India, working in close liaison with other Digital Water leaders within the global Water business. Works with office leaders in Singapore, Hong Kong and UK to identify business needs of clients engaged in digital transformation, and to translate these business needs into long term solutions. Collaborates with experts across the RSK Group of Companies to develop sustainable strategies to meet client requirements. Develops solutions in line with wider group initiatives within Binnies. Advocates the use of modern database technology platforms and associated toolsets and techniques to develop and/or redesign business applications. Identifies, employs and supervises key resources in Asia Pacific, including India, as part of a Digital Water team. Trains Asia professionals in digital transformation, leveraging on the knowledge base and skillsets available across Binnies Presents at conferences to promote Binnies’ drive towards Smart Integrated Infrastructures.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in (Data Analytics, Information & Communications Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field). 5+ years in ICT 5+ years in Asset Management with a utility, preferably in a water related environment 15+ years total experience

Skills:
Demonstrated experience in knowledge of Data Analytics processes with large scale data volume, preferred. Demonstrated experience in hands-on Data Analytics with business intelligence platforms and software packages, preferred. Demonstrated experience in Asset Management, preferably in the water industry in Asia Pacific. Demonstrated experience in business development SQL Server, Microsoft Power BI, Amazon Web Services, or Azure knowledge from an architecture standpoint, preferred. General Business Knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization, including budget management, preferred. Proven ability to build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
