Full Stack AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in full-stack web development, with strong experience in Node.js and Express.js on the back end, Vue.js and Vuetify on the front end, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.You will play a key role in building and developing our HR web platform and AI-powered applications, from API and database design through to front-end delivery and cloud deployment, ensuring our products are scalable, reliable and centred on the user.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop our HR web platform, delivering features that streamline HR processes and improve the user experience for clients and employeesDesign, build and maintain efficient, reusable back-end services using Node.js and Express.jsDevelop and manage robust RESTful APIs for internal and external useDesign PostgreSQL database schemas and optimise queries for performanceBuild responsive, accessible interfaces using Vue.js and VuetifyTranslate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, functional front-end codeImplement real-time features using Server-Sent Events (SSE) or WebSocketsDeploy, manage and monitor applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS)Use Git for version control, and take part in branching, merging and peer code reviewsTroubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software componentsWrite clean, maintainable and well-documented code across the stackWork with cross-functional teams in an Agile environmentRequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceMinimum 3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar roleStrong proficiency in Node.js and Express.jsSolid experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database, and familiarity with a Node.js ORM (e.g. Sequelize, Prisma, TypeORM)Hands-on experience designing, building and consuming RESTful APIsProficiency in Vue.js, with experience using UI frameworks such as VuetifyPractical experience with real-time communication patterns (WebSockets or SSE)Familiarity with AWS services and cloud deployment conceptsProficient with Git and collaborative version control workflowsStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication*Please note that only shortlisted candidate will be contacted.
