Position: Application Consultant/ System (Job ID: 20191)Tanjong PagarBasic + BonusJob Description:Serve in multiple capacities including Application Consultant, System Engineer, or Developer across assigned projects.Collaborate with customers to identify, define, and optimize business and IT use cases.Deliver enterprise solutions end‑to‑end, covering consultation, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Design and support system integrations and application workflows, including ETL and automation components.Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.Develop and propose innovative solutions and services to meet evolving customer needs.Support team members across projects when requiredProactively identify out‑of‑the‑box opportunities to extend and enhance solution capabilities.\Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems, application support, or application solutions consultingWorking knowledge equivalent ETL/data integration platforms including configuring data flows, managing adapters, scheduling jobs, and troubleshootingUnderstanding of ETL infrastructure including environment management (dev/staging/prod), and connectivity configuration between ETL and source/target systemsPractical understanding of Copilot Studio, or other Generative AI tools including prompt design, AI workflow integration, and evaluating GenAI use cases for business applicationSolid grasp of application infrastructure fundamentals server environments, network basics, access management, deployment pipelines, and environment configurationAbility to read system/application logs, interpret error traces, and perform structured root cause analysisFamiliarity with Power Platform or RPA concepts is a plus, but not requiredSoft SkillsAble to bridge technical concepts and business needs.
