What You'll DoOwn the full ML lifecycle for our core matching and transaction algorithms — from data processing and feature engineering to model training, deployment, and monitoringIterate on supply-demand matching models, marketing algorithms, and pricing strategies to drive continuous improvement in platform metricsGo deep into product and business data to identify model gaps, propose improvements, and drive them to productionStay close to frontier research and apply relevant advances to real business problemsWhat We're Looking For2–5 years of experience in algorithm engineering, with hands-on work in search, recommendation, advertising, or matching systemsStrong foundations in machine learning — understanding of model design, training, and evaluationProficiency in Python and mainstream ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)Experience with the full model development lifecycle: data, features, training, deployment, A/B testingPlus: experience in causal inference, time-series forecasting, spatio-temporal modeling, reinforcement learning, or operations researchStrong analytical mindset, high data sensitivity, and the ability to connect algorithm work to business outcomesGood communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsIf it sounds like your next move, please don’t hesitate to apply.
