The team is building production-grade digital banking solutions that support both customer-facing services and internal banking operation.Your new roleAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will work within a hands-on engineering team building scalable backend platforms and AI-enabled banking solutions. The role offers a balanced mix of traditional backend engineering and implementing Agentic AI capabilities, giving you the opportunity to expand your AI experience while working on real-world banking products.Job Responsibilities• Design and develop scalable backend applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.• Build services, APIs and integrations connecting AI agents with core banking, payments, identity and customer systems.• Implement Agentic AI workflows, orchestration logic and AI-enabled product capabilities.• Develop and maintain cloud-native banking platforms, APIs and data/event pipelines.• Ensure applications meet high standards across security, resilience, testing, observability and regulatory compliance.Job Requirements• 5–8 years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on backend development experience.• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, including building production-grade APIs and microservices.• Good understanding of distributed systems, microservices, public cloud, cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes.• Experience within banking or financial services, particularly core banking, payments, KYC, AML or screening systems.• Strong interest in AI/Agentic AI technologies; exposure to RAG, AI frameworks or agent frameworks would be advantageous.What you'll get in returnYou'll have the opportunity to work on production-grade digital banking products while gaining hands-on exposure to Agentic AI implementation.
