AI Engineer – Data & AI Services

In this role, you will get the chance to:3-5 years experience in business domain pertinent to financial advisory services and CRMPassionate about building next generation  AI enabled products and data pipeline solutions for financial advisory and wealth management platformsDesign and implement machine learning systems from the groud up, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and foundational models tailored to enterprise business needsBuild AI-powered full-stack solutions across software, data, AI, integration and user experienceApply established patterns for security, privacy, Responsible AI, observability, recovery and operational resilienceCreate reliable contracts across data, services, AI components, user journey and enterprise systemsCreate clear code, automated tests, documentation, runbooks and release evidenceEnthusiastic, be able to contribute and learn from wider digital , data , AI engineering talent in the team.Review designs and code, mentor engineers and identify material technical, delivery, data, model and operational risks earlyCapable to create both technology blueprints and engineering roadmaps, for AI transformational journey.Own versioning, compatibility, deployment, rollback, recovery, diagnostics and incident supportWe are also interested in hearing from people who:5 Years of relevant software engineering experience3+ years of experience in designing and delivering machine learning frameworks (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with LLMs and foundation models (e.g, GPT, Claude)Strong Kotlin and Python programming and data manipulation skills, using relevant libraries and frameworksCloud-Native experience solid understanding of Azure services(Azure ML, Azure AI foundary, ADLS Gen2) Experience with cloud AI Services, agent frameworks, embeddings, vector search and RAGML Ops skills expertise in CI/CD pipelines for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and conternisation (Docker, Kubernetes)IT / Computer Science degree or other tertiary qualification related to development and / or development best practices.Relevant Certifications (e.g Azure AI Cloud developer)Are experienced with large-scale data sets, including data preparation and transformation at scale with SQL and distributed data processing Your exceptional communication skills enable you to easily translate complex technical concepts for both business and technical audiences
