(a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented  Product Manager, Card Issuance to support the development and management of our card products, including physical cards, virtual cards, and multi-currency payment solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or product operations who wants to grow into a full product management role.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Product Manager in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of card issuance products and features.Assist in gathering business requirements, documenting product specifications, and coordinating with engineering, compliance, operations, and business teams.Help manage card-related features such as card issuance, activation, virtual cards, card controls, transaction limits, and wallet provisioning.Coordinate with card scheme partners, issuing banks, processors, and internal stakeholders to support product launches and enhancements.Monitor product performance metrics including card activation, transaction volumes, authorization success rates, and customer feedback.Conduct market and competitor research on card products, fintech trends, and customer needs.Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and post-launch monitoring to ensure smooth product delivery.Prepare product documentation, reports, presentations, and roadmap updates for internal stakeholders.Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure card products meet regulatory and operational requirements.RequirementsExperience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in product management, fintech, payments, banking operations, card operations, or related roles.Basic understanding of payment cards, card issuance, digital payments, or fintech products is preferred.Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies is a plus.SkillsStrong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is an advantage.Eagerness to learn about card payments, fintech infrastructure, and product management.Preferred QualificationsExperience in card operations, payment operations, or fintech startups.Exposure to Visa, Mastercard, issuing banks, or payment processors.Understanding of virtual cards, prepaid cards, or multi-currency card products.What You’ll GainHands-on experience in building and scaling card issuance products.Exposure to the full product development lifecycle in a regulated fintech environment.Opportunity to work closely with senior product leaders, engineers, compliance, and business teams.Career growth path toward Product Manager and Senior Product Manager roles.We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every individual feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute.
