Responsibilities & DutiesBe a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the company's communityShare the company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for learnersSupport customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagementMaintain customer relationships and build a strong the company's community.Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with themPlan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are receivedWork with the teaching team to assess the learners and follow up with parents for conversionResponsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and researchEnsure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in the CRM systemRelationship manager for the company's community, continue to track the progress of learners and maintain relationships with parentsSkills & QualificationsStrong communication and problem solving skillsDriven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentOrganised, detail-oriented and ability to manage different projects at onceGet things done attitude, self-drivenYou are very meticulous and independent, able to set own priorities with time management to complete projects timelyThose without experience are welcome to apply as on job training will be provided!Additional (Good-to-Have!)You love to learn and expand knowledge in Computer Science and/or EngineeringStrong communication and problem solving skills.
