ML Engineer (Computer Vision)

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer to work on computer vision model development and optimisation for real-world applications.ResponsibilitiesTrain, fine-tune, and evaluate computer vision models for classification, object detection, segmentation, pose estimation, and action recognition.Improve model architectures, custom heads, loss functions, and training strategies.Design experiments and benchmark new models and techniques.Investigate model limitations and improve accuracy, robustness, latency, and efficiency.Work with engineering teams to improve datasets, model performance, and system reliability.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.At least 1 year of hands-on computer vision model training and evaluation experience.Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.Strong Python skills and familiarity with Linux.Nice to HaveExperience modifying model architectures or training pipelines.Exposure to multimodal, vision-language, foundation, or open-vocabulary models.Knowledge of quantisation, pruning, or distillation.Familiarity with experiment tracking, reproducibility, or MLOps.
