Digital Designer Location: Remote (Freelance) Experience Level: Mid-level (3–5 years)

About the Role We are looking for a freelance mid-level graphic designer to support ongoing creative needs across digital and print channels. This role requires a strong balance between creative thinking and technical execution, with a particular focus on leveraging AI tools to generate high-quality visuals and scalable design assets. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership and task management, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing materials

Develop AI-generated graphics and visuals, including 3D, lifestyle and illustrations

Work within and expand existing design systems and libraries using Figma

Build, manage, and maintain components and libraries in Figma

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines

Prepare files for print production when required

Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)

Strong proficiency in written and spoken English

Advanced experience using AI tools for visual creation

High proficiency in Figma, including:

Components and variants

Design systems management

Plugin usage and workflow optimization

Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a freelance setup

Nice to Have

Knowledge of print production and file preparation

Experience in crypto/Web3, exchanges, fintech, neo-banking, or similar industries

Experience working with marketing or performance-driven creative

Familiarity with motion design or Video editing
