Job SummaryThe AI Transformation Manager leads AI and digital transformation projects by collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, facilitate agile processes, and drive change management for maximum value realization.ResponsibilitiesDeliver AI and digital transformation projects on time and within defined scope to meet business objectivesCoordinate and actively participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcases to ensure team alignmentRefine and manage product backlogs collaboratively with users, developers, and testers to maintain clear priorities and actionable itemsTrack project delivery progress and escalate risks or blockers promptly to maintain schedule and qualityTranslate business requirements into well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria to guide development and testingPrioritize user stories based on business value, complexity, and user feedback to optimize delivery impactLead user acceptance testing (UAT) and secure sign-off from relevant stakeholders to validate solutionsFacilitate Scrum ceremonies and agile ways of working to enhance team productivity and collaborationIdentify and remove impediments blocking team progress to ensure smooth project deliveryChampion agile practices within the team and across functions to foster continuous improvementMonitor team velocity, burndown charts, and sprint outcomes to identify opportunities for process enhancementsCollaborate with stakeholders to prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), training guides, and user communications to support adoptionCollect and analyze post-implementation feedback to drive continuous improvement loopsMaintain detailed documentation of requirements, solutions, and test outcomes to ensure knowledge retention and transparencyPrepare progress reports and highlight issues for review with leadership to inform decision-makingActively participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing activities to contribute to team developmentFoster a positive, solution-oriented team culture that encourages collaboration and innovationPreferred competencies and qualificationsExperience in AI, analytics, or process automation to support digital transformation initiativesExposure to machine learning, robotic process automation (RPA), or data science tools to enhance solution capabilitiesProven experience in Agile delivery, Scrum facilitation, and user story writing to drive effective project execution
