Enterprise AI Architect

About the jobOur client in Real Estate is looking for an AI Architect to join their team.Your new roleAs an AI Architect, you will be responsible for:Define enterprise AI architecture, standards, reusable solution patterns, and roadmaps aligned with business, security, and governance objectives.Lead the design and delivery of AI solutions including GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, conversational AI, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.Establish scalable AI platforms and data foundations, including AI infrastructure, vector databases, retrieval frameworks, enterprise integrations, and cloud/hybrid environments.Implement AI engineering best practices through LLMOps/MLOps, model lifecycle management, monitoring, observability, deployment controls, and performance optimization.Drive Responsible AI governance and provide technical leadership by ensuring security, compliance, risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and team mentoring.What you’ll need to succeed8+ years of experience in data, enterprise architecture, or AI/ML domains, with 3–5 years delivering production AI solutions.Strong expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and enterprise AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar technologies.Deep understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, retrieval strategies, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.Hands-on experience with MLOps/LLMOps, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Python, SQL, APIs, microservices, containers, and CI/CD technologies.Solid knowledge of enterprise data architecture, security, governance, privacy, access controls, Responsible AI, and model risk management.Excellent business partnering, stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and roadmaps.What you'll get in returnIn return, you'll be part of an organization that values its employees.
