Data Analyst

Job Purpose:Provide data analysis and reporting support for the Spare Parts business by maintaining reports, developing dashboards, analyzing business performance, and supporting pricing and operational activities.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical and data support for customer-related activities and business processes.Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.) to collect and analyze key performance data.Assist in preparing presentations and summaries for internal meetings and business reviews.Support business projects by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data.Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements related to data and reporting. Ensure timely and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline.Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word, Power BI and Python.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.Prior exposure to customer support, marketing or business operations is a plus.
