RESPONSILIBITIESSummaryThe Business Strategy Planning (BSP) Executive supports the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of strategic business initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with the BSP Manager, the Executive conducts research and business analysis, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, monitors project progress, and prepares reports to support informed decision-making. The role also contributes to process improvement, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence.Key Areas1. Business Analysis & Strategic SupportAnalyse business data and performance trends, prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations.Support business reviews, and strategic planning activities.2. Strategic Initiative ExecutionCoordinate and support the implementation of strategic initiatives and business improvement projects Track progress, manage project documentation, and follow up on action items to ensure timely delivery. Identify and highlight potential risks, issues, or gaps that may impact project outcomes.3. Performance Management & Continuous ImprovementMonitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate results against targets. Identify opportunities to improve business performance, processes and operational efficiency. 4. Stakeholder Coordination & CommunicationCollaborate with internal departments, regional affiliates, suppliers and other stakeholders to support business objectives. Facilitate information sharing, align project activities and ensure effective communication across functions. REQUIREMENTSExperience2–5 years of working experience in Corporate Planning, Business Strategy, Project Management, Business Process Improvement, Business Analytics or Supply Chain Planning.Experience in project coordination, business performance monitoring, and process improvement.Prior experience in the spare parts distribution, manufacturing, logistics or aftersales industry is a plus.Experience in market and business research to support strategic planning and decision-making is an advantage.EducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics or a related discipline.Other requirementsPossess strong analytical, problem-solving, good communication skills and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is preferred.Candidate with knowledge of project management methodologies and continuous improvement principles are encouraged to apply.
