Responsibilities: Own broker & CaaS enquiries end-to-end — be the first expert contact for inbound and outbound prospects; qualify, scope, and guide them to the right product
Lead commercial conversations — explain the offering credibly to CEOs, heads of trading, and technical teams; structure commercials that works for the client
Drive the CaaS pipeline — progress named institutional targets through the funnel; unblock deals stalled on regulatory, technical, or commercial friction
Handle technical broker questions — speak fluently to sub-accounts, rebate engines, API/FAST integration, white-label frontends, KYC/compliance gates, and trade internalization; know when to bring in solutions/engineering
Grow existing accounts — arrest churn and reactivate declining brokers; build upgrade paths and expansion into futures/new-asset rebate programmes
Be the voice of the market internally — feed structured client and competitive intelligence back to product and leadership to shape roadmap and commercial policy
Represent Binance externally — at institutional events, partner meetings, and in written proposals, with the polish and discretion the segment expects
Requirements: 5+ years in institutional crypto/fintech growth, BD, or partnerships — with direct broker / CaaS / B2B infrastructure experience
Deep, demonstrable understanding of a Crypto-as-a-Service / white-label exchange offering and its commercial models
Fluency handling broker technical enquiries — APIs, sub-accounts, rebates, KYC/compliance, integration flow — enough to lead the conversation credibly without an engineer in the room
Proven track record closing and scaling institutional / B2B deals (brokers, banks, fintechs, OMS/algo vendors)
Strong commercial instinct — able to structure markup/rebate/fee-share models and negotiate with senior counterparts
Excellent written & spoken communication; comfortable with both C-suite and technical stakeholders
Existing network of brokers, banks, or trading firms in crypto
