Business Development & SalesIdentify and close new opportunities across:Public and private hospitalsSpecialist clinics and healthcare groupsGovernment and public health agenciesSell:AI-enabled clinical and operational solutionsData analytics platforms and servicesCustom-built AI and interoperability solutionsOwn end-to-end sales cycle:Lead generation → discovery → solutioning → proposal → closure2. Clinical + Technical Solution SellingTranslate clinical workflows, pain points, and patient care challenges into:Data-driven insightsAI-based solutionsLead conversations with:Nursing leaders, clinicians, and administratorsCIOs, CMIOs, Chief Data OfficersSupport demos, use-case design, and value articulation (ROI, outcomes, efficiency)3. Client Relationship ManagementBuild trust with healthcare stakeholders by leveraging clinical experienceAct as a trusted advisor on digital and AI transformationIdentify expansion opportunities within existing accounts4. Market DevelopmentStay current on:Healthcare digitalization trends in Singapore (MOH initiatives, Healthier SG, etc.)AI adoption in clinical workflowsData privacy and compliance (PDPA)Represent the company at healthcare and healthtech events5.
