Lead AI Engineer/Tech Lead (Operations & Experiential Innovation)

We are seeking a hands-on and forward-thinking Lead AI Engineer / Tech Lead to drive Dezign Format’s transformation into an AI-enabled organisation across both operations and experiential delivery.You will play a key role in shaping the company’s technological direction, with the opportunity to build and lead your own in-house AI and engineering team over time and develop proprietary systems that create long-term competitive advantage.Responsibilities1. AI for Operations (Core Business Transformation)Lead development of internal AI systems (e.g., smart warehouse/asset tracking, AI-assisted technical drawing automation)Identify and implement AI-driven process improvements across production, logistics, and project managementDrive efficiency, cost reduction, and scalable growth without proportional headcount increase2. AI for Experiential & Revenue GrowthDevelop AI-powered solutions for exhibitions and events (interactive experiences, real-time audience analytics, responsive environments)Build reusable platforms and modules for cross-project deploymentIdentify opportunities to productise experiential technologies and drive new revenue streams3. Technology Strategy & ArchitectureExecute AI and digital roadmap aligned with business goalsDesign scalable architecture for both internal and client-facing systemsEvaluate build vs. buy vs. partner decisions for emerging technologies4.
