Role OverviewWe are looking for an AI Product Strategy & Operations Lead to support AI product initiatives, payment operations, product workflow optimization, and cross-functional execution. This role will work closely with product, engineering, customer support, marketing, and operations teams to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.The ideal candidate has experience managing product-related operations, launching internal tools, optimizing payment or checkout flows, and turning business requirements into clear product actions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations for AI product tools, internal platforms, and product workflows.Gather business and operational requirements from internal teams and translate them into product needs.Coordinate with product and engineering teams on feature launches, system updates, and process improvements.Support setup, maintenance, and optimization of payment channels and checkout flows.Monitor product, payment, and user experience issues; coordinate troubleshooting and follow-up.Collect user feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.Support adoption of AI tools for customer support, operations, and business teams.Prepare documentation, operating guidelines, and training materials for new tools or workflows.Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on user journey, conversion flow, and campaign-related operations.Work with external vendors, platforms, or partners when required.RequirementsExperience in product operations, AI product operations, payment operations, growth operations, or user acquisition.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, customer support, and external partners.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working with data, feedback, and operational metrics.Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
