Business Analyst (PBWM) - 12 Months Contract - up to SGD8k

Morgan McKinley is hiring a Business Analyst (Wealth Management & Private Banking) to join our team. In this role, you will partner with business and technology teams to gather and understand requirements for Wealth sales process, data and AI projects.Job Responsibilities:Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather and understand requirements for Wealth sales processes, data, and AI projects.  Analyze processes and data to identify trends, opportunities for improvements, and potential efficiencies.  Support testing of new solutions, troubleshoot issues during development and rollout, and ensure smooth implementation.  Stay informed on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and advancements in sales process, data, and AI analytics.  Work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Digital teams, to ensure accurate delivery estimates and seamless project transitions.  Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, remove project blockers, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, IT, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar, with a strong academic foundation.At least 3 years of proven experience working as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in banking or financial services.Develop strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to excel in complex environments.Possess knowledge of data management, governance, and quality assurance practices, ensuring effective data handling and optimization.Display a proactive, positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks, driving project success and growth.Ideally, hold experience in Wealth Management and related business flows, as well as project delivery experience, with a strong understanding of industry best practices..Interested candidates may apply through the application system or send it to [email protected].
