Founded in 1999, it delivers world-class manufacturing solutions and integration services, focusing on semiconductor and high-tech industries.Job SummaryJoin SEMI Integration as a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to transform complex manufacturing data into actionable insights that optimize automated factory performance in a high-volume industrial environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) scripts to integrate data from diverse manufacturing systems into a centralized data warehouseArchitect efficient relational and object-oriented database schemas optimized for high-speed industrial data processingDevelop high-performance dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor factory operational health and equipment efficiencyAutomate data processing workflows and system health checks using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration across the Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) ecosystemCommunicate effectively in English and Chinese to coordinate with regional stakeholders and technical teamsRequired competencies and certifications3 to 5 years of professional experience in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence developmentAdvanced proficiency in SQL and experience with object-oriented database schemasProven ability to develop custom ETL scripts for data integrationProficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C#, or Java) for data manipulation and automationStrong skills in Power BI for data visualization and reportingBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering disciplineEffective bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese to support collaboration in a regional manufacturing environmentPreferred competencies and qualificationsFamiliarity with semiconductor manufacturing operations to enhance contextual understanding of data and processes
