About the Job As the Senior Associate, Marketing for SingSaver, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns within your assigned product vertical(s). You will work closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels and markets. This role is highly execution-driven and requires strong project management, data-led decision-making, and AI-tool familiarity to ensure campaigns deliver profitable customer acquisition and engagement. The Senior Associate, Marketing will be responsible for:
Campaign Planning
Review and interpret campaign briefs to ensure deliverables are clearly defined and aligned with objectives. Assist in creative direction and copywriting, including copies for website banners, social posts, emails, and paid ads, including creative documentation and campaign materials.
End-to-End Execution
Manage end-to-end campaign timelines and execution, creative workflows, and approval processes with internal and external stakeholders, including set up of email campaigns and creative roll-out on internal channels Coordinate with Vertical Marketing Manager to ensure local market execution and adaptation and ensure all creatives meet SingSaver’s brand and design guidelines, with keeping track of statuses on internal dashboards and trackers.
AI & Data-Driven Optimization
Use AI-powered tools to automate campaign brief and targeting, creative messaging testing allocation. Monitor funnel metrics (applications, approvals, VTAs and conversions) and optimize for issued targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate across teams, including Growth Marketing, Commercial, Paid Ads, and Content, to ensure alignment and timely campaign delivery. Ensure all campaign assets and offer details are accurate, compliant, and up to date before launch and monitoring of live campaigns to ensure accurate representation of offers and creatives across SingSaver’s marketing touchpoints.
Performance Management
Track campaign metrics and contribution. Produce post-campaign analysis with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
2+ years of marketing and campaign experience, including campaign management and digital media planning experience Familiarity with AI marketing tools (e.g., predictive targeting, automated bidding, content generation, attribution). Strong analytic skills and understanding of digital ecosystems such as web analytics tools (Google Analytics), social media marketing applications (Facebook) and digital display marketing platforms (Google Ads) Strong cross-functional project management skills and proven ability to deliver on time and on budget Analytical mindset; able to link campaign metrics to P&L impact. Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
Success Metrics:
Vertical campaign metrics and contribution to revenue/GP. CAC/LTV improvement and issued conversion rates. Partner satisfaction with campaign execution. Speed and efficiency of campaign delivery.
