Technical Test Services Evaluation Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a technically strong Evaluation Manager to assess the capabilities of AI testing service providers. You will evaluate firms' technical competency — with a focus on Generative AI and LLM-based systems — against defined criteria, and help develop the evaluation frameworks that ensure rigorous, consistent assessments across the industry.If you are an AI or software quality professional ready to move beyond delivery into shaping governance, standards, and trust in AI — this role is for you.What You Will DoLead the full evaluation lifecycle — application review, technical assessment, evaluation decisions, and annual renewalsEvaluate firms' AI testing capabilities against defined competency criteria and AI safety and reliability frameworksAssess GenAI and LLM-based testing services for technical depth, methodology rigour, and delivery readinessDevelop and maintain evaluation rubrics, assessment guidelines, and documentation for consistent reviewsEngage industry stakeholders and testing providers to refine scope and address evolving needsMonitor global developments in AI testing, safety frameworks, and governance standardsCollaborate with government agencies and international partners to advance Singapore's AI assurance landscapeWhat We Are Looking ForQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldCertifications in AI governance (e.g. AIGP) or GenAI / Agentic AI testing are advantageousRequirementsSingaporean Only3 to 5 years in GenAI / Agentic AI evaluation, technical AI testing, software quality assurance, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of AI system development lifecycles, LLM-based applications, and AI safety considerationsExperience designing or managing evaluation, certification, or audit programmes is highly desirableFamiliarity with AI governance frameworks and technical testing standards (e.g. ISO/IEC AI standards)By submitting your resume, youconsent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information perScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).This authorizes us to:Contact you about potential opportunities.Delete personal data as it is not required at this application stage.All applications will be processed with strict confidence.
