Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights that improve business performance and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patternsDevelop dashboards and reports to support business decisionsWork closely with business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutionsPerform ad-hoc analysis to support management requestsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reportsEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systemsSupport data integration from multiple sources (CRM, marketing, operations systems)Present findings and insights clearly to stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field2–5 years of experience in data analysis or related rolesStrong proficiency in SQL and ExcelExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plusStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearlyGood attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with CRM or customer data platformsKnowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools and data warehousing conceptsExperience in industries such as recruitment, immigration, or consultingFamiliarity with automation tools or AI-based analyticsUnderstanding of Singapore market data trends
