AI Product Manager

Job Description:CarConnect is the authorised retailer for Dongfeng electric vehicles in Singapore, and we're investing in AI to transform how we engage customers. At the centre of this is our AI-powered lead engagement system — a conversational bot that instantly responds to incoming customer leads, qualifies them, and books appointments automatically, so no opportunity is ever missed.We're looking for an AI Product Manager to own this system end-to-end: managing its day-to-day performance, improving how it converts leads, and expanding our AI capabilities across the customer journey. You'll work at the intersection of sales, operations, and technology, turning a fast-moving idea into a reliable engine for growth.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage our AI lead-response bot — monitoring performance, refining conversation flows, and improving lead-to-appointment conversionEnsure incoming customer leads are contacted promptly and accurately, with appointments booked seamlessly into our sales pipelineTranslate business and sales requirements into clear specifications for AI/conversational featuresPartner with vendors, engineering, and internal sales teams to scope, prioritise, and deliver improvementsDefine success metrics (response time, qualification rate, appointment conversion) and run structured experiments to optimise performanceTrack AI/ML tools and industry trends, assessing their relevance to CarConnect's platform and customersManage project timelines, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional coordinationDrive internal AI adoption and contribute to CarConnect's broader AI capability roadmapRequirements:Degree in any discipline; candidates with demonstrated, hands-on involvement in AI/ML projects, communities, or initiatives (formal or self-directed) will be strongly considered1–3 years of relevant experience in product management, technology, or a related fieldPractical exposure to AI/ML tools, applications, or trends — gained through work, independent projects, or active participation in the AI spaceFamiliarity with conversational AI, chatbots, or CRM/lead-management systems is a strong advantageStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionallyComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting prioritiesSelf-starter mindset, with genuine interest in staying current on AI developments📩 APPLY NOW:Send your resume to:[email protected]📞 +65 8690 3141📍 Dongfeng Experience Centre60 Jalan Lam Huat, Carros Centre#01-21 Singapore 737869
