Position Overview: The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Risk and Finance applications used by worldwide users. Among others, it includes Credit Approval & Counterparty Risk IT. It also covers Front Office Applications, Credit Decision Processing tool, Global Authorization Repository system and Default History Data Base. The applications are all in-house developments.Main responsibilitiesAs Functional QA:Good knowledge in Risk area like Deals, Authorization, Guarantees, Risk Weighted Assets, etc.Hands on experience on various Risk Reporting. Should have worked on data mapping and testing of such risk data.Requirements gathering and analysis for ETL processeshandle the different integration test phases (planning, test functional coverage and adequacy with functional content) and manage regression test, integration test on functional test campaign.Experience with MS SQL Server: writing queries, analyzing data, and supporting database design.Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for data extraction, transformation, and loading.Data validation, quality assurance, and documentation of data flowsExperience with data mapping, process documentation, and user acceptance testingAnalyze and assess business functional specifications; recommend amendments to maximize efficiency and improve business value.Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applicationsManage the change requests during the implementation stage in coordination with sponsors, project managers and technical teamsEnsure the daily follow up for the implementation of the solution with the developers and provide clarifications when necessaryManage L3 support to ensure application stability and work closely with L1/L2 support team & business line on resolution in support issues.As Data Automation Engineer:Strong experience in ETL testing, data validation, data reconciliation, and source-to-target testing.Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and advanced T-SQL.Experience testing Java/Spark-based data processing applications.Hands-on automation experience using Java, JUnit/TestNG, Maven/Gradle, and data-driven test frameworks.Ability to validate large datasets using SQL, Spark SQL, and automated comparison utilities.Experience with batch processing, incremental loads, data quality checks, and regression testing.Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.Experience with Git, scripting using PowerShell/Bash/Python, and automated test reporting.Ability to analyze ETL logs, Spark job logs, and SQL Server performance issues.Knowledge of file formats such as CSV, JSON, XML, Parquet, Avro, and fixed-width files.Good understanding of test data management, data masking, and production-like test data setup.Qualifications and ProfileThis position requires a minimum of 4-6 years’ relevant experience in software testing.Good understanding & working knowledge of Agile/ScrumOther Professional Skills and MindsetKnowledge in RiskPractical knowledge of SQL languageFamiliarity with SAP BI (Business Intelligence) tools and report analysisProficient in MS OfficeKnowledge of project management and software development lifecycle would be a plusExcellent analytical and organizational skillsFast reacting and autonomous, with a problem solving orientationKnowledge of scrum tools and agile process would be an added advantageIf interested, you can click on “Apply here” or write an e-mail to [email protected] with your updated resume.NOTE: - Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted back.Thanks & RegardsDeeksha AgarwalEA Licence No.91C2918Personnel Registration No.  R26161520
