They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.We’re looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to support the design, implementation, and embedding of our ERM framework. Let’s get in touch.What you'll be doingTaking full ownership of the development, implementation, and continuous evolution of the Singapore enterprise risk management (ERM) framework and local risk governance processesActing as the subject matter expert in Singapore, driving the strategy and governance for technology and cybersecurity-related risks to ensure robust controls and regulatory complianceLeading the establishment, ongoing review, and evolution of the Singapore risk appetite statements, ensuring alignment with local business strategy and regulatory expectationsProactively monitoring the entity's risk profile against appetite, analysing KRIs, incidents, and other data to produce insightful and actionable management informationProviding hands-on oversight and support across other critical risk areas, including operational risk, business continuity management (BCM), and third-party risk management (TPRM)Designing and implementing initiatives to strengthen firm-wide risk awareness, promoting a proactive and robust risk cultureWhat you'll need6+ years of experience in risk management within financial servicesSolid stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skillsExperience designing and implementing ERM frameworks in a financial services environment (banking and/or payments)Knowledge and exposure to managing technology risk in a company A good understanding of the MAS TRM Guidelines and the Notice on Cyber HygieneKnowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape impacting risk managementTechnology and data skills to generate meaningful and important business and risk insightsNice to haveProficiency in SQL and business intelligence tooling
