Operations Analyst - FX Documentation, Contract

The role focused on drafting and managing legal confirmations for the FX and IR derivatives. Core Responsibilities- Legal Confirmation Drafting: Prepare and manage confirmations for Foreign Exchange (FX) and Interest Rate Derivatives transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams to resolve issues and deliver timely documentation.-Risk Mitigation: Act as a subject matter expert to identify risks, strengthen controls, and ensure operational efficiency in documentation processes.- Strategic Support: Assist the Asia FXIRP Drafting team in executing global initiatives while aligning with regional business needs.- Process Improvement: Design and implement workflow enhancements leveraging Business Intelligence tools and automation.- Global Consistency: Build relationships with peers across regions to ensure standardized documentation practices and knowledge sharing.- Continuous Review: Regularly assess processes to meet expectations for timeliness, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline.- Prior operations experience or internship experience.- Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.- Collaborative and team-oriented, with effective problem-solving and judgment skills.Preferred:- Understanding of FX and Interest Rate markets, derivatives, and regulatory environment would be an added advantage.- Experience with ISDA documentation.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ability to learn multiple systems quickly.This is a 6 month contract role.Licence No 99C3289R1100672
