Data and AI Capabilities Building Manager (DSAD) (1-yr temporary contract)

Reporting to Principal Manager, this role supports the planning, coordination and execution of Data and AI capability‑building programmes during the SSG–WSG mergertransition.What youwill be working onYou will support the end‑to‑end delivery of Data and AI capability programmes by:·      Planning and coordinating Data and AI capability‑building programmes (e.g. data boot camps, learning events and community sessions)·      Managing event operations including participant registration, communications, vendorsand logistics·      Supporting community outreach activities to build a shared Data and AI culture across the merged organisation and CET sector·      Coordinating trainers, facilitators and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programmedelivery·      Developing engagement materials (e.g.communications, briefings, FAQs) to support awarenessand adoption·      Maintaining records on programme schedules, participation and feedback, and preparing post‑programme reports for stakeholders·      Supporting participation and adoption of AI‑related initiatives through well‑executed engagement activitiesWhat weare looking forExperience in programme, event or training coordination.Strong organisational and coordination skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple activities concurrently.Familiarity with data or AI related initiatives is an advantage.Candidates are encouraged to sign up for a Careers & Skills Passport (CSP) account and include your CSP public profile in your resume.
