Data Analyst [Power BI & Excel | Up to $3,340]Job DetailsContract Duration: 6 months Salary: Up to S$3,340 per monthNearest MRT Station: Caldecott MRT StationWorking Hours: Mon - Thu: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Fridays: 8:30am - 5:30pmWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data investigation, system testing and process improvement. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, identifying issues and helping teams improve their operational processes.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate post-processing issues and identify their root causes through data analysis.Review and resolve data inconsistencies to ensure information is accurate and reliable.Conduct testing and verification for system or product enhancements based on current operational needs.Test eligibility rules and appeal-related system logic to confirm that outcomes are processed correctly.Document process changes, key discussions and action items clearly.Track outstanding follow-ups and work with relevant stakeholders to close them.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.Assist with other operational or data-related duties assigned by the team lead.Requirements / Preferred QualificationsDegree in a relevant field, with at least 1 year of related experience.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Databricks.Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation platforms or similar technologies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.Meticulous, resourceful and comfortable investigating operational issues.Familiarity with data platforms, headless content management systems or case management platforms would be an advantage.Able to document findings clearly and manage follow-up actions independently.By submitting your resume or personal data, you consent to BGC Group Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data to our clients and partners for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for job opportunities and related recruitment services.
