Meta's Small and Medium Business Group (SMBG) contributes directly to Meta's mission by connecting every small and medium business in the world with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, and then helping them grow through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and many other tools. SMBG is one of two sales channels responsible for Meta's multi-billion dollar advertising business, supporting 1,000+ frontline sellers through Mid-Market Account Managers and external vendor partners globally. The AI Enablement Manager is responsible for driving AI proficiency, AI-native enablement delivery, and AI-powered operational infrastructure across SMBG's 1,000+ frontline sellers spanning Small Business Solutions and Mid-Market segments. This role owns three distinct mandates: (1) Enabling proficiency WITH AI tools — driving skilled adoption of Meta's AI tool ecosystem, (2) Enabling THROUGH AI tools — architecting a unified, just-in-time enablement system that delivers the right information to sellers where they already spend time, replacing fragmented stand-and-deliver training with a governed push/pull model that personalizes by role, region, and segment, (3) AI Operations — using AI to run the enablement function itself, including how requests come in and get prioritized, how much we're asking of sellers at any one time, keeping content accurate as tools change, and spotting gaps early, and (4) Regional Enablement Partnership (~25%) — serving as the in-region enablement support for the Mid-Market APAC team, driving alignment with Sales Intelligence (SI) priorities, accelerating adoption in-market, capturing regional feedback, and ensuring APAC sellers receive timely, contextualized support that accounts for local market dynamics.Sitting on the Sales Intelligence Governance & Enablement team, this role is a critical bridge between AI program managers, sales leadership, and frontline sellers — translating rapid product evolution into measurable behavior change at scale. ensuring regional needs shape global priorities while global programs land effectively in-market. The work is in close partnership with cross-functional teams including AI product teams and program managers, Sales Planning & Operations, Mid-Market APAC leadership, and regional sales teams.A successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving AI adoption in large, distributed sales organizations and will be adept at designing both enablement programs and operational systems that scale without linear headcount. They will bring editorial judgment — the discipline to keep enablement brief, high-quality, and worth a seller's time: the discipline to keep enablement brief, high-quality, and worth a seller's time in an environment where AI makes it trivial to produce more content than anyone will read. They will be as willing to cut and consolidate as to create. They will be comfortable operating in a fast-moving AI landscape where the tool ecosystem evolves weekly, and will lead through influence in a highly cross-functional and matrixed environment. They will thrive as a regional node in a global team — proactively surfacing what APAC needs, translating global initiatives for local context, and building trust as the go-to SI resource for the Mid-Market APAC team.ResponsibilitiesLead AI adoption strategy across SMBG (Small Business Solutions and Mid-Market), driving the organization from current proficiency levels toward full AI-native operations across all segments and regionsDesign, develop, and deliver AI enablement programs, including recurring protected learning time, role-based curriculum, and adoption of validated workflows, that build real competency rather than tool awareness and result in measurable seller behavior changeEvaluate adoption data, behavioral trends, and seller sentiment to diagnose gaps and drive continuous improvement across segmentsSource and scale what's already working — run a mechanism to identify strong practices emerging in regions and teams, package them to a consistent standard, and promote them org-wide in partnership with regional leads and the SME and champion networkArchitect a unified push/pull enablement system that consolidates fragmented tools into a single mechanism — delivering governance, product updates, training reinforcement, and operational guidance through AI-powered assistants and conversational tools where sellers already spend timeDesign the content governance layer: a governed knowledge base with defined owners, update cadence, and review process that ensures sellers always receive accurate, current informationBuild personalization capabilities that surface the right content based on who the seller is — role, region, segment, and vertical — without requiring manual curation per audienceImplement learning reinforcement through AI: training-aware triggers (post-session recaps, follow-ups for missed sessions), knowledge checks, and spaced reinforcement that replaces one-time delivery with continuous learningCreate feedback loops that track what sellers are asking and surface themes back to SI — turning seller demand signals into enablement prioritiesCoordinate cross-channel (Global Business Group, Mid-Market, Enterprise, SBS) to prevent tool/skill fragmentation and ensure a single, scalable architectureBring structure to how AI enablement demand comes in and gets prioritized, applying automation where it removes manual triage, so it is clear what is being asked, what is already covered, and what needs a place on the roadmapManage seller mindshare as a finite resource, maintaining a single view of what AI enablement is asking of sellers in a given period and coordinating with the wider enablement, comms, and program teams so competing asks are sequenced rather than stackedOperate the content lifecycle that keeps the enablement system trustworthy: detecting tool changes and flagging outdated assets, so content is corrected before a seller acts on itDetect where sellers are getting stuck by drawing on the issues they raise and how they are actually using the tools — diagnose whether the cause is missing guidance, the wrong tool for the job, or a product gap, so each is routed to the team that can fix itReplace manual trackers with reporting that is generated rather than maintained by hand, surfacing enablement health, adoption trends, seller sentiment, and governance compliance on demand from source systemsServe as the primary SI enablement point of contact for Mid-Market APAC leadership — attending regional forums, joining key calls, and maintaining a continuous feedback loop between APAC sellers and the global SI teamDrive alignment of SI priorities in-region: ensure APAC teams understand upcoming launches, governance changes, and enablement initiatives, and that rollout timelines account for APAC-specific constraints (time zones, local market nuance)Accelerate workflow adoption in APAC by contextualizing global enablement programs for regional relevance — adapting examples, use cases, and workflows to reflect APAC advertiser dynamics and seller workflowsSurface regional adoption gaps, seller friction, and unmet needs back to the global SI team with clear signal and proposed action — acting as APAC's voice in global prioritizationPartner with APAC Mid-Market leadership to identify region-specific champion sellers and build a local SME network that amplifies best
