Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle BI & ODI Consultant the Business Intelligence and Oracle Data Integration technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Business Intelligence solutions using Oracle BI technologies. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle Data Integrator(ODI), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle SQL, and data warehouse technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise ETL/ELT solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI 11g/12c).Develop, customize, and optimize ODI Knowledge Modules (KMs), Procedures, Packages, Variables, Scenarios, and Load Plans.Design and implement complex data integration workflows for enterprise data warehouse environments.Build and maintain OBIEE/OAC semantic models (RPD) across Physical, Business Model & Mapping (BMM), and Presentation layers.Develop interactive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, analytical reports, and BI Publisher reports.Perform performance tuning of SQL queries, ODI mappings, OBIEE RPD models, dashboards, and reports.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical BI and data integration solutions.Support migration projects from OBIEE to Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).Design and implement dimensional data models including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues related to BI and ETL applications.Monitor scheduled ODI jobs and resolve ETL failures within SLA timelines.Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and integrity across BI platforms.Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, database administrators, infrastructure teams, and project managers.Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, deployment guides, and operational run books.Provide production support, incident resolution, and application enhancements.Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance during project implementation.Ensure compliance with organizational security, audit, and governance standards.Required Technical Skills:Core ToolsODI (11g/12c)OBIEE (12c)Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)Languages: Expert-level SQL and PL/SQL(Stored Procedures, Packages, Triggers)Data Modeling: Strong understanding of Star/Snowflake schemas and Dimensional Modeling (SCD Type I/II)Database: Deep knowledge of Oracle12c/19c and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle BI and Oracle Data Integrator.Strong experience in OBIEE Repository (RPD) development.Experience developing enterprise dashboards and BI Publisher reports.Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.Experience with Oracle Data Warehouse design and implementation.Experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) migration projects.Strong understanding of ETL concepts and Data Warehouse architecture.Experience in production support and incident management.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
