Digital Transformation Executive (ERP, Power BI & Automation)

About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive andtechnically inclined Digital Transformation Executive to support theimplementation, improvement and automation of our business systems.The successful candidate will participate in our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central migration from On-Premises to SaaS, scheduled for January to June 2027, and subsequently drive continuous digital improvements across our business operations.Key Responsibilities1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Migration to SaaSCoordinate with ERP vendors, internal stakeholders and department users.Assist with data migration, cleansing, validation, user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue tracking.Support post-migration troubleshooting, user adoption and continuous system improvements.2. AI and Agentic Workflow DevelopmentExplore and implement practical AI applications using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude and other approved platforms.Assist in developing AI-powered workflows for document processing, internal knowledge retrieval, reporting and administrative tasks.Document AI workflows and support adoption by business users.3. Workflow Automation and Process ImprovementIdentify repetitive manual processes and opportunities for digitalization.Design, develop and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and related tools.Integrate workflows across Business Central, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook and other business applications.4. Business Intelligence and Data AnalyticsDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.Extract, clean, transform and model business data from ERP and other sources.Improve data quality, consistency, accessibility and reporting accuracy.RequirementsDiploma/bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science & related discipline.Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Python, SQL or equivalent data and automation tools.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.Interest in business processes, enterprise systems and AI applications.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP system.Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, SQL and basic system integrations.Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI APIs or agentic workflows.What We OfferHands-on exposure to enterprise-wide digital transformation.Opportunities to work directly with business management and department heads.Practical experience in ERP migration, automation, analytics and AI implementation.Career development opportunities in business systems and digital transformation.
