Because whenever you join, however long you stay, the exceptional EY experience lasts for a lifetime.Your key responsibilitiesDelivering value as part of a core engagement team working on a CXO level strategy and transformation agenda – projects range from market entry strategy, growth / turnaround strategy and go-to-market strategy; commercial due diligence, post-merger integration and divestments; digital, cost & organization transformation and rapid value creation.Independently leading engagements end to end, with responsibilities spanning from planning the engagement, structuring the team, driving execution, leading stakeholder engagements and managing engagement economics.Driving business development efforts, along with sector leads.Mentoring junior team members to drive client impact and support their professional growth.Skills and attributes for successExperience in driving digital and technology transformation programs that include the application of AI to solve complex technology problemsExperience in translating business needs to technology / digital solutions and to be able to engage deeply with technical and business stakeholders on technology related topicsStrong problem-solving skills and high degree of comfort with quantitative analysisProficiency in both verbal and written communication, ensuring communications are logical, persuasive and tailored to the audience   Ability to develop strong and lasting client relationshipsStrong project management and leadership skills with commitment to deliver high quality workAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with undefined situationsFlexible to travel to within and outside Singapore (mostly ASEAN) based on engagement needsTo qualify for the role, you must haveA bachelor’s or master’s degreeMinimum 5 years of relevant experience with top strategy firms (preferred) and leading corporatesWork experience in technology or digital strategy or executionExperience of working in one or more of the following sectors would be an added advantage: Consumer products, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, TMT, Industrials, Automotive and EnergyWhat are we looking for?Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
