About Liquid GroupLiquid Group is aSingapore-based fintech company enabling interoperable digital payments andcross-border QR payment ecosystems across Asia.Through productsincluding RoamQR, LiquidPay, LiquidNow, and LiquidNet, Liquid Group works withbanks, wallet issuers, national payment networks, acquirers, corporates, andmerchants to deliver seamless and scalable payment experiences across markets.Our mission is to drivethe future of interoperable digital payments through strong ecosystemcollaboration, innovative product capabilities, and scalable paymentinfrastructure.www.liquidgroup.sgRole OverviewWe are seeking a highlyexperienced and operationally driven Director, Ecosystem Enablement to leadpartner enablement, ecosystem activation support, operational readiness, andecosystem performance coordination across Liquid Group’s payment platforms andcross-border QR ecosystems.This role plays acritical function in ensuring ecosystem participants — including issuers,acquirers, merchants, and payment partners — are operationally enabled,actively participating, and continuously supported to drive transactionadoption, usage growth, and ecosystem scalability.The role serves as a keyoperational bridge across Product, ACT (Activation, Conversion &Transactions), Technology, Commercial, and regional Operations teams to supportrollout readiness, partner enablement, ecosystem performance monitoring, andcontinuous operational improvement across SGQR+, RoamQR, and Liquid Group’sregional payment ecosystems.Key Responsibilities1. Partner Enablement& Ecosystem Activation· Drive partner enablementand activation support across: o walletissuers o acquirerso merchantso ecosystemparticipants · Coordinate partneroperational readiness and ecosystem participation initiatives. · Support merchant andpartner activation programs to improve transaction adoption and ecosystemparticipation. · Conduct partnerengagement sessions, operational walkthroughs, and ecosystem traininginitiatives. · Supporton-ground engagement and ecosystem activation efforts where required. 2. Ecosystem Performance& Usage Support· Monitor ecosystemparticipation, transaction activity, and partner usage performance. · Track: o activationrates o transactionadoption o usagetrends o operationalparticipation levels · Identify low-activity orunderperforming ecosystem participants and coordinate recovery or activationsupport initiatives. · Support ACT teams indriving ecosystem participation, transaction conversion, and usage growthinitiatives. · Provide ecosystemperformance insights and operational observations to management teams. 3. Operational Readiness& Product Support· Support operationalreadiness planning for: o newproducts o productenhancements o featurerollouts o paymentcorridor expansions · Coordinate UAT,operational walkthroughs, and business readiness activities acrossstakeholders. · Work closely withProduct and Technology teams to ensure releases are operationally executableand supportable. · Provide operationalfeedback and ecosystem observations to improve: o usabilityo operationalscalability o implementationreadiness o ecosystemadoption · Support rolloutcoordination and migration readiness activities across regional teams. 4. OperationalCoordination & Process Improvement· Work closely withregional operations teams across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand to improve: o operationalconsistency o ecosystemservicing o supportscalability o operationalgovernance · Review and enhance SOPs,operational workflows, and ecosystem support processes. · Identify opportunitiesfor: o operationalefficiencies o processautomation o serviceimprovements o ecosystemoptimization · Coordinatecross-functional operational support across Product, Technology, Operations,and ACT teams. 5. Ecosystem SupportGovernance & Escalation Coordination· Act as a key operationalcoordination point for ecosystem partners and stakeholders. · Coordinate resolutionof: o onboardingissues o operationalincidents o ecosystemservicing gaps o partnerreadiness concerns o escalationmanagement matters · Drive root causeanalysis and operational improvement initiatives. · Support ecosystemservicing governance and operational performance management. Key Requirements· 8–12+ years ofexperience in:o fintecho paymentso productoperationso ecosystemoperationso partnerenablemento merchantor payment network environments· Strong understanding of:o QRpaymentso Paymentecosystemso Walletparticipation modelso merchantacquiringo cross-borderpayment environments· Experience supportingecosystem activation, operational readiness, and partner enablement initiatives.· Strong stakeholdermanagement and communication capabilities.· Operationally strongwith commercial awareness and ecosystem-growth mindset.· Highly organized,analytical, and execution-oriented.· Comfortable operating infast-paced, high-growth fintech environments.
