Roles & Responsibilities

Content Strategy: Designing content pillars, recurring formats, and the creative direction for various channels. Scriptwriting: Crafting compelling, highly engaging scripts for the YouTube platform. Video Packaging: Developing high-converting titles, thumbnails, and positioning strategies, while leveraging YouTube SEO best practices to maximize click-through rates, discoverability, audience engagement, and organic growth. Simplifying Complex Topics: Translating complex Finance concepts into accessible, actionable content for a diverse audience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working directly with production, filming, and editing pods to ensure your strategic vision is fully executed.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record of managing and driving YouTube content strategy, scripting, and channel growth. Strong understanding of finance and investing concepts. Deep understanding of YouTube best practices, including audience retention and video packaging. Ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in YouTube content.
