Location: Changi Business Park Requirements4–6 years of experience in Java application support.Provide Level 2 support for Java-based applications across production and non-production environments.Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and SQL.Ability to understand, analyze, and troubleshoot existing application code.Experience working in a production support environment is preferred.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting purposes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex issues and ensure application stability.Willing to learn new technologies - is a must haveGood to have: Documentation and reporting skills will be an added benefitFamiliar with GenAI prompting - good to have
