This role will focus on strategic hiring for senior and leadership-level technical roles, with a strong emphasis on EMEA and Asia markets, driving talent pipelines across critical business functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE / Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and leadership-level technical roles across regional and global markets, with a focus on EMEA and Asia.
Partner closely with C-suite and senior stakeholders across business units to define hiring needs and deliver top-tier technical talent.
Build and manage strong pipelines for engineering, product, security, and other high-complexity technical functions within crypto, fintech, and digital-first industries.
Drive sourcing strategies through direct sourcing, executive search, market mapping, and talent intelligence.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on talent strategy, interview process, and decision-making for senior hires.
Champion a best-in-class candidate experience across diverse geographies.
Key Requirements
5+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in senior/leadership technical hiring, preferably in-house or at an executive search firm.
Deep industry exposure to crypto, fintech, tech, or other fast-paced digital sectors.
Bilingual inEnglish and Chinese (spoken & written) – essential for cross-border stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to manage and influence global senior stakeholders and navigate complex hiring decisions.
Solid knowledge of technology, fintech, and crypto ecosystems, with the ability to quickly understand technical roles and new business models.
Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
