ENGINEER - PLN Operation Intelligence

Responsibilities and Tasks:Use knowledge of modeling, operation research, data analytics, machine learning and web application to Improve complex manufacturing operation efficiency and capabilities.Communicate effectively on approach and methodology in developing analytics, reporting solution and scheduling optimization.Demonstrate sound project management skills in requirement gathering, resource estimation, time management, stakeholders' engagement and deliverables deliveries.Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders both internally and externally.Participate in multi-area focus teams to improve complex constraint in manufacturing operationPossess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present project/approach/data in meetings with varying level of stakeholders.  Requirements:Drive to make a difference and passion to explore new frontiers!Proactive and collaborate effectively in a rapidly changing environment.Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic, and can work independently.Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science and Analytics, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Statistics or related field of study.Proficiency in basic programming skills preferably C#/Python/SQL and experience in cloud-based infrastructure such as GCP/AWS/Azure.Knowledge and experience in data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning is a plus.Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Operation, Scheduling Optimization, Capacity/Cycle Time Modelling is a plus.Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and MicronEmbody Micron’s core values: People – Respect, develop, and empower others Innovation – Drive continuous improvement and breakthrough thinking Tenacity – Show grit and determination Collaboration – Build trust and foster teamwork Customer Focus – Deliver excellence and value
