Job Responsibilities :We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled AI Lead who leads the design, development, and governance of enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on technologist who thrives in driving innovation, ensuring compliance, and delivering scalable AI systems that transform business operations.As a core member of the AI team, you will lead the technical strategy, establish best practices for AI governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your expertise in Microsoft Azure AI services, Power Platform, and MLOps will be central to success in this role.Lead the architecture and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with enterprise platformsChampion Microsoft AI capabilities, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Power Platform Copilot StudioImplement and optimize Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure, context-aware AI interactions across enterprise applicationsCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, translate requirements into technical solutions, and advise on emerging Microsoft AI trendsOversee end-to-end AI development, including data exploration, model training, validation, deployment, and lifecycle management using MLOps best practices.Manage production operations for AI systems, including monitoring, incident response, and change managementPromote technical excellence through code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI models and processesMentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharingOther duties as assignedPre-Requisites :Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI architecture and development using Microsoft technologiesIn-depth knowledge of MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle managementDemonstrated expertise with Azure AI services, such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure AI FoundrySolid programming skills in Python, with familiarity in key ML and data science librariesProficiency in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio is a plusExperience with Microsoft development tools and technologies: Visual Studio / VS Code, C# / .NET, TypeScript / JavaScript, SQL Server / T-SQL is a plusFamiliarity with AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation techniques (preferred, not mandatory)Excellent communication skills and proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholdersSelf-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a globally distributed team environmentRelevant certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Scientist are a plus
