With more than 20,000employees globally and presence in Singapore for more than 30 years; we have the following opening within the Product Quality & Qualification team.Staff –Senior Product Quality EngineerResponsibilities·       Own Product Quality – Drive the quality strategy across new product development, manufacturing, customer issues and continuous improvement.·       Find& Fix Risks Early – Join design, software and process reviews, using FMEA,APQP, DFSS and other quality tools to catch problems before they become costly.·       Get Hands-On – Lead reliability testing, failure analysis, root-cause investigations and corrective actions across hardware, software andmanufacturing.·       Launch with Confidence – Work with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and service teams to ensure products and processes are robust and ready for massproduction.·       Make Quality Smarter – Use AI, analytics and automation for smarter testing, anomaly detection, predictive quality and faster identification of defects and processissues.Requirements·       Engineering Foundation – Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.·       Quality + Design Experience – 5+ years of experience in quality engineering and/or electronics/software product development.·       Strong Technical Understanding – Knowledge of electronics manufacturing, assembly, testing, product development andrisk-based quality methods.·       Quality Engineering Know-How – Experience with FMEA,APQP, reliability testing, root-cause analysis and ISO 9001 quality systems.·       Future-Focused Mindset – Experience with AI/GenAI, analytics, machine learning or engineering automation is a strong plus, along with Six Sigma, DFSS or Reliability Engineering knowledge.Interested applicants, kindly send in a copy of your updated resume in WORD document to [email protected] stating your current and expected remuneration together with notice period required to current employer.You can also contact Vincent Low for a confidential discussion at 6749 4236.EA Personnel Registration No: R1324700
