This is a senior-level role responsible for leading BAU analytics, dashboard delivery, and KPI governance across multiple markets in Asia Pacific.Location: Singapore (Hybrid – 1–2 days WFH)Reporting Line: Based in Australia (Regional Manager)Team Coverage: SEAA RegionStart Date: 1 July 2026Role OverviewThis role focuses on leading end-to-end BAU analytics operations supporting daily business functions. The Senior Data Analyst will oversee reporting, dashboard automation, KPI definition, and act as the key bridge between technical and business teams.The role also includes supervision of junior analysts and ownership of data quality and reporting consistency across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily BAU analytics, dashboards, and reporting across SEAA marketsDefine and standardize KPIs and business metrics across regionsDevelop and optimize dashboards using Power BI and DatabricksPerform deep-dive analysis on business performance and campaignsTranslate business requirements into structured data solutionsEnsure data accuracy, validation, and governance standardsGuide and mentor junior analysts in daily deliverySupport multi-source data integration and reporting automationRequirementsStrong hands-on experience in Databricks (MUST)Strong SQL proficiencyAdvanced Power BI (DAX, data modelling, dashboard design)Strong Python skills (C++ is a plus)Experience handling large-scale, multi-source datasetsStrong KPI design and data governance experienceAbility to manage priorities across multiple marketsStrong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skillsEnglish communication is sufficientAdditional InformationRegional exposure across SEAA marketsLeadership responsibility over junior analystsStable BAU-focused environment (not project-driven)Hybrid working arrangementStrong focus on dashboards, reporting, and automationPlease reach out to [email protected]  with your updated resume and contact details.
