DescriptionWe are seeking an AI Engineer to design and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions that enhance enterprise applications and business processes. The role focuses on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), building intelligent automation, and enabling AI-driven capabilities across platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop GenAI-based solutions using LLMs for enterprise use casesIntegrate AI services with existing applications and platforms via APIsDevelop prompt engineering workflows to improve model accuracy and relevanceBuild AI-powered automation, assistants, and intelligent workflowsWork with structured and unstructured data for AI-driven solutionsCollaborate with business and technical teams to define AI requirementsSupport deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI solutionsEnsure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI componentsRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in Generative AI / LLM-based application developmentStrong programming experience in any modern language (e.g., Python, Java, or similar)Experience integrating APIs and backend servicesUnderstanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineeringExperience working with data processing and transformationFamiliarity with cloud-based application developmentPreferred SkillsExperience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) conceptsExposure to vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)Understanding of AI deployment concepts and containerization (Docker)Exposure to enterprise AI or chatbot developmentSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work in Agile environmentsEagerness to learn and adapt to emerging AI technologies
