[Job ID:1625183]Job Summary:Drive innovation insights and ecosystem partnerships to support strategic initiatives across Japan and the APAC region.Responsibilities:Conduct research on emerging trends and innovations across insurance, financial services, healthcare, aging, and childcare sectors in Singapore and APACAnalyze developments in AI, AI governance, FinTech, HealthTech, InsurTech, digital health, and data utilizationPrepare reports and presentations for management and headquartersBuild and maintain relationships with financial institutions, insurers, startups, technology companies, venture capital firms, accelerators, universities, and government agenciesPerform market scanning and networking within Singapore’s innovation ecosystem to identify collaboration opportunitiesParticipate in conferences, seminars, and industry events locally and overseas to gather insights and expand networksSupport the planning and execution of internal and external events, including study visits and roundtable discussionsPlan and promote Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives with startups and external partnersCoordinate with headquarters, group companies, and stakeholders on project activitiesSupport project management, including tracking progress, resolving issues, and reporting outcomesTranslate market insights into actionable recommendations to support business development and strategic initiativesPrepare management reports and strategic materials and present updates to stakeholdersRequirements:Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in finance, FinTech, insurance, HealthTech, consulting, or innovation-related fieldsBusiness-level Japanese language proficiency (e.g., JLPT N1) is for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholdersStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersStrong analytical, research, and reporting capabilitiesProven project management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with Copilot toolsProficiency in Japanese language (minimum JLPT N2–N3) for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholdersExperience in financial institutions or FinTech companies in areas such as digital payments, cross-border remittance, digital assets, or related fields is an added advantageExperience in insurance or InsurTech projects involving digital transformation, AI utilization, or customer experience enhancement is an added advantageExperience in healthcare or HealthTech sectors, including medical data, wellness, or elderly care solutions, is an added advantageExperience in consulting, strategy, or digital transformation projects across financial, insurance, or healthcare sectors is an added advantageExperience in innovation ecosystems, venture capital, or corporate venture capital (CVC), including startup scouting and PoC initiatives, is an added advantageIf you are interested in the role, please feel free to contact me [email protected] kindly refer to the Privacy Policy of Good Job Creations for your reference:https://goodjobcreations.com.sg/en/privacy-policy/EA Personnel Name: Ochi MadokaEA Personnel Registration Number: R24125474EA License No.: 07C5771
