Business Intelligence Analyst

ResponsibilitiesPartner with department heads to identify analytical needs and define key performance measures.Analyse business data to uncover trends, investigate performance changes and recommend practical improvements.Extract, clean and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.Develop dashboards, automated reports and analytical tools using SQL, Python and BI platforms.Use Claude to build and customise internal applications and AI-enabled analytical workflows, reviewing generated code and validating results.Support data integration, database and workflow improvements, including testing, troubleshooting and documentation.Present insights clearly to management and technical and non-technical stakeholders.RequirementsDegree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics or business intelligence.Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience using Claude to develop applications or analytical tools.Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or an equivalent BI tool.Sound understanding of statistical analysis, data modelling, relational databases and data validation.Familiarity with APIs, testing, debugging and version control.Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proactive approach to solving business problems.Prior web application development experience would be an advantage.Interested candidates are invited to submit a comprehensive resume, stating the current and expected salary, date of availability via APPLY NOW button.We regret that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
