Job Responsibilities1. AI Development & OperationsAssisting the ISD Dept to design, develop, and deploy AI models and applicationsParticipate in the training, testing, and fine-tuning of machine learning models and LLMsMonitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI models (e.g., accuracy, latency, hallucinations)Responsible for evaluating logs and outputs of various AI tools and APIs dailyAssist in periodic model evaluations, prompt optimizations, and data quality checksMonitor and report any model drift, biases, or performance degradationGenerate reports based on AI model performance and data insights2. AI Governance & Data ComplianceIdentification of AI biases, ethical risks, and data privacy concernsParticipation in annual risk assessments from an AI and data usage perspective3. AI Model Maintenance & TroubleshootingAssist relevant key stakeholders in troubleshooting AI system errors or anomaliesProvide basic level assistance during system downtimes or integration issuesGenerate reports based on troubleshooting information gathered4. AI ProjectsAssist the ISD Dept in implementing new AI initiatives and automation projects of various sizesParticipate and execute required project tasksRequirementsDiploma or Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent.Keen eye for detail and strong analytical problem-solving skillsGood Knowledge in programming languages (e.g.,Python) and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API).Positive working attitude with good communication and written skills.Professional Industry Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer, etc) will be a plus.
