Business Analyst-Technology (Contract)Location: Singapore | Contract | HybridWe are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to support the delivery of an AI-enabled market intelligence platform for a large B2B enterprise.You will work directly with commercial stakeholders and a technical team to translate business needs into clear requirements for an enterprise platform built around Microsoft technologies, Snowflake, data and AI.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements workshops with commercial SMEs and stakeholders.Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.Own requirements from discovery through development, UAT and business sign-off.Work closely with AI, data and analytics engineers on data, reporting and AI use cases.Define business rules, metrics, workflows and expected system behaviours.Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements.Act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team.Requirements5+ years of Business Analyst experience within technology, data, analytics or digital projects.Strong client-facing workshop and requirements gathering experience.Excellent user story and acceptance criteria writing skills.Experience with data, analytics, BI or enterprise platforms.Exposure to Snowflake, Microsoft/Azure or AI/GenAI projects is advantageous.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.This role suits a BA who can take an ambiguous commercial problem, structure it into clear requirements and work closely with engineers through to successful delivery.
