People Operations Specialist

This is a 6-month contract role under Optimum Solutions. This role supports our client, a leading Southeast Asian superapp that offers a wide range of services, including mobility, food delivery, and digital payments.Work Schedule and Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)The Core Objectives• Support the design, documentation, and operationalization of Performance Management policy and processdetails, including manager guidance, FAQs, process playbooks, and implementation materials.• Partner with internal People teams to design and coordinate enablement programs, training materials,stakeholder reviews, and communications for managers and employees.• Support the annual engagement survey cycle, including survey design, administration, response monitoring,reporting, analysis, and preparation of leadership-ready insights.Qualifications:Must-Have• At least 5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, or related fields.• Experience supporting the implementation of a Performance Management system and administration of an annual engagement survey is required.• Strong project/program coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, documentation,and follow-through across multiple workstreams.• Strong written communication and analytical skills, with the ability to prepare concise materials, summaries, reports, and stakeholder-ready outputs.Nice-to-Have• Prior experience supporting performance management, talent review, employee listening, engagement surveys,or large-scale HR program rollouts.• Comfortable working with survey data, reporting outputs, spreadsheets, and basic analysis to identify themesand insights.• Experience working in a fast-paced regional or matrixed organization, ideally partnering with cross-functional People/HR stakeholders.
