Full Stack Solution Engineer | AI & Emerging Technology

Your new companyYou will be joining an innovative technology organisation with a dedicated experimental product team focused on turning ambitious ideas into working digital products. The team operates in a fast-moving, startup-like environment, rapidly prototyping, testing and validating new products with real users while exploring emerging technologies including AI.Your new roleYou will take ownership of products from initial problem discovery through design, development, deployment and real-world validation. You will work across frontend, backend, cloud and AI depending on the product, with the autonomy to decide how problems should be solved and what should ultimately be built.Job Responsibilities• Own the end-to-end development of digital products, from problem discovery and prototyping through deployment and production operation.• Build across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, integrations and cloud infrastructure based on product requirements.• Apply AI, foundation models and agentic technologies where they meaningfully improve the product or user experience.• Work directly with users and stakeholders to understand problems, validate ideas and continuously improve products based on real-world feedback.• Build secure, scalable and observable systems while making pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality, reliability and technical complexity.Job Requirements• Strong software engineering fundamentals with proven experience building and delivering end-to-end software products.• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Go or similar modern programming languages.• Ability to work across multiple areas of the technology stack, including frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure and deployment.• Experience deploying, monitoring and troubleshooting applications in cloud or production environments, with good understanding of security and production engineering practices.• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted and agentic development tools such as Codex, Claude Code or Cursor, coupled with strong product ownership, curiosity and technical judgement.What you'll get in returnYou'll have the opportunity to work in a highly autonomous, experimental environment where you can take ideas from concept to real-world product.
