Consulting Manager, Payments & Banking Transformation

We are seeking an experienced senior consultant to lead payments transformation initiatives in Vietnam. This role involves guiding modernization programs, advising clients on industry standards, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of complex projects. For this role, you will also contribute to practice growth, business development, and team leadership.Responsibilities:Payments Transformation: Lead delivery of payments modernization programs (ISO 20022, platform implementations), redesign processes, and oversee implementation.Client Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on payments, standards, and systems.Stakeholder Management: Engage senior leaders, manage risks, and support decision-making.Practice Development: Support proposals, develop methodologies, and strengthen internal capabilities.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor consultants, ensuring quality delivery and knowledge sharing.Requirements:More than 10 years in consulting, ideally with financial services focus.Strong background in payments, transaction banking, and modernization programs.Familiarity with payment standards and system implementations.Business analysis, stakeholder engagement, issue management, and team leadership.Strong knowledge of Vietnam payments and ISO 20022.Experience in payments transformation or system implementation (e.g., Finastra GPP).We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Sharon Hong (R25128240)JAC Recruitment Pte.
