This role offers the opportunity to drive industry adoption, build strategic partnerships, and support the growth of the AI assurance ecosystem.You will work closely with AI testing firms, technology providers, industry stakeholders, and senior business leaders to grow an accreditation programme focused on AI safety, governance, and reliability standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development strategies to grow programme adoption and industry participationDrive outreach and engagement with companies providing AI testing, assurance, or related technology servicesBuild and manage a strong pipeline of prospective programme participants and partnersConduct high-level assessments of companies’ technical capabilities, operational readiness, and business suitabilityDevelop value propositions and engagement initiatives to encourage long-term participationBuild strong relationships with industry stakeholders, technology partners, and senior management teamsSupport ecosystem growth through strategic partnerships, collaboration opportunities, and business expansion initiativesContribute to go-to-market strategies, industry engagement, and programme positioning effortsMonitor industry trends and identify opportunities to strengthen the AI assurance ecosystemRequirementsSingaporean OnlyDegree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related disciplinesAround 5–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, programme management, or ecosystem developmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience engaging senior executives and industry partnersExperience in B2B, technology, professional services, innovation, or regulatory-related environments is advantageousAbility to evaluate business capabilities, operational readiness, and growth potentialStrong strategic thinking and relationship management capabilitiesExposure to AI, software testing, AI governance, quality assurance, or related technology domains will be an advantageBy submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).This authorizes us to:Contact you about potentialopportunities.Delete personal data as it is notrequired at this application stage.All applications will be processed with strict confidence.
